Print Sizes
Pigment Pool’s Giclée prints come in the most popular image sizes, making framing and mapping a simple task. The design of the images will fit well within the standard mats included in most frames available at many retail stores.
Please note: A frame or mat is not included with the picture to prevent potential damage and have your parcel safely arrive at your home. 6 cm of white canvas is added on all sides of the picture (additionally to the picture size indicated), so that framing is easy. If you would like a different size border or a borderless print, please contact us directly before ordering.

How can I pay for my order?

Can I make changes to my order?
Once you have placed your order it is not possible to amend any details. Our delivery team receives orders directly and will have already started processing your order.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message at contact@pigment-pool.com with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. We will be in touch within 3 business days to resolve your issue.
Can I exchange an item?
We are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please see our returns policy and follow this process.

How long does delivery take?
Once you’ve placed your order, it takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping time is 21 days on average.
Due to the COVID-19 Worldwide Pandemic, customers are advised that there may be delivery delays on all parcels from our warehouse.
What is your returns policy?

Do you offer free returns?
We currently do not offer free returns. Any returns costs will be at your own expense.
What if my product is faulty?
We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. No problem! Send our customer service team an email within 14 days of purchase at contact@pigment-pool.com, with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.
Is there a warranty?
We guarantee any of our product made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at contact@pigment-pool.com with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.
How can I track the status of my return?
As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
